Letter to Community - September 2021
New HFSE Dates - December 6-8, 2021

We at the Healthcare Facilities Symposium & Expo are excited to welcome back our community to an in-person event. Our team is committed to creating an event experience where our customers, partners, and team members can safely and effectively learn, network and conduct business. Below you will find the health measures we have in place and how you can participate in creating a safe environment for all participants.

Vaccination Requirement

All HFSE participants must submit proof of COVID Vaccination or a negative COVID test taken within 72 hours of the event.  Information on this process will be sent to all attendees, speakers, exhibitors, press members and partners in November.


HFSE will be requiring all participants at this December’s event to wear masks while inside the venue and at HFSE sponsored events, except when eating or drinking. HFSE will revisit this policy in November to determine if the conditions at that time warrant a change.

The Venue 

The Austin Convention Center (ACC) will host HFSE 2021.  ACC is in close contact with Austin Public Health (APH) who is monitoring the situation in coordination with Texas Department of State Health Services, the Center for Disease Control (CDC), local and regional public health and healthcare agencies.
