Regina J. Hymer is an Executive Vice President & Chief Nursing Officer for Norton Healthcare. With over 30 years of experience, she began her healthcare career as a medic in the US Air Force before becoming a nurse. Regina holds Bachelors and Masters of Science degrees in Nursing, as well as a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree. She is currently advancing her research interests in nurse-patient communication as it relates to the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) surveys.
