Hospital CEO, Texas Center for Infectious Disease
Mrs. Jessica Gutierrez-Rodriguez holds the position of Assistant Superintendent overseeing several consolidated functions for the San Antonio State Hospital and Texas Center for Infectious Disease. Under these areas Jessica oversees portions of the Joint Commission Environment of Care. The San Antonio State Hospital provides in-patient psychiatric services to a diverse population of adolescents, adult acute, and residential patients. The Texas Center for Infectious Disease provides in-patient tuberculosis treatment including those who are multi-drug resistant whose length of stay varies between 6 months to 2 years. Jessica holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a M.S. in Management of Technology with a concentration in project management. She also sits on the HFSE Advisory Board.
