Todd Paider, P.E., is a project manager in the healthcare group for Oscar J. Boldt Construction. Founded in 1889, Oscar J. Boldt Construction, a division of The Boldt Company, is a fourth generation, family-owned construction firm. Its operations provide construction planning, design-build and general contracting services to customers in a variety of businesses and industries.
Todd brings great leadership experience to Boldt with skills that encompass construction project management, estimating, conceptual design and business development. He has been actively involved with implementing Lean into projects with Integrated Lean Project Delivery (ILPD), an advocate of the Target Costing process, and instrumental in guiding sustainable building projects.
Todd received his Masters in Business Administration from Marquette University and his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville.
