Specializing in healthcare infrastructure projects, Yuri is an independent consultant and the sole proprietor of UpFront Planning. Her expertise is facilitating and managing the stakeholder consultation process, which encompasses operational planning, master planning, business plan development, functional programming and design development. Most recently, Yuri was intimately involved in a design-build-finance-maintain (P3) process for Toronto’s Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH). She was instrumental in helping CAMH achieve its vision of an integrated, dignified mental health and addictions hospital within a unique urban setting. Yuri has significant operational and capital planning experience in large acute care teaching and community hospitals in Ontario and B.C. Through her engagements, Yuri has gained experience with the Ontario Ministry of Health’s capital planning process and has developed productive relationships with Infrastructure Ontario. Yuri has an MBA in Health Services Management and is a member of the Canadian Council of Health Service Executives.
