Lisa DiAndreth earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University and a Master of Science in Nursing and Master of Public Health from Johns Hopkins University. Lisa spent two years leading health education programs as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Mozambique, and over the past few years has been managing a pilot research study in South Africa to trial the use of mHealth to improve retention in TB and HIV care. She has also been working for an international non-profit to design and implement an organizational strategy that empowers nurses and midwives globally to work at their full capacity as leaders of their health systems. Lisa’s clinical experience includes work in TB/HIV, telemetry, medical-surgical, primary care, wound care, home health, and emergency services. She currently serves as the Director of Quality Management and Research at the Texas Center for Infectious Disease.
