As Director of Business Development, Tala’s focus is on new project opportunities in Central Texas, as well as rural healthcare across the state. Through her energetic spirit and in-depth knowledge of the construction industry, specifically healthcare design and construction, Tala has strengthened client relationships for Hoar Construction in the Central Texas area. Tala’s compassion makes her a strong leader for rural healthcare communities. She seeks opportunities to engage with Hoar’s clients and partners to collaborate and communicate information about healthcare construction. She serves as a project leader and a liaison from the client to the entire project team, often using her industry experience to help find creative solutions and best value options for the end user and client. Tala is instrumental for the Austin office’s vision and philanthropic ties to the community. She serves in the community through Ronald McDonald House of Central Texas and is the President-elect for their board. She also led the Hoar Construction Austin office to complete two micro-homes in Austin’s Community First! Village. In 2016 she was awarded the SMPS Austin’s Community Service Award.
