Program Coordinator - Office of Patient Experience, The MetroHealth System
Jennifer has been an employee of The MetroHealth System since 2003. In her current role, she is a program coordinator in the Office of Patient Experience. One of her most notable responsibilities is to manage the Patient and Family Advisory (PFA) program; a program dedicated to connecting the community and the hospital at critical levels of decision making. Her efforts within this program have assisted the System in achieving patient-centered transformation. She has been recognized nationally for the achievements of the MetroHealth PFAs and works closely with the Beryl Institute, a national leader in patient-centered care initiatives.
