Interior Designer, BSA Lifestructures
Julie Schneider has a BA in Civil Engineering/MA Architecture from Texas Tech University and is EDAC Certified. Julie has served as Chair of the local AIA chapter of the Academy of Architecture for Health and is devoted to advancing Healthcare design through participation in nationwide forums. Julie’s career in Healthcare began with a robust start as the Lead Interior Designer at Scott & White Hospital in Temple, Texas. There she gained insight from the facility side while servicing the main campus and 11 satellite clinics. From there Julie spent several years in the Healthcare studio of a large architecture firm cultivating relationships with clients that remain today. Being a former employee of Scott and White in Facilities Department, Julie has had direct experience with owner and operator side of HealthCare Design and therefore many of her decisions for material and furnishings selections have bias toward owner side issues and concerns.
