With over 24 years of healthcare architectural experience, Mr. Adams has managed numerous healthcare projects ranging from complete replacement facilities to multi-phased renovations. While integrating his extensive knowledge of current healthcare design trends including evidence based design, family focused care models, and lean operational planning. This experience provides a comprehensive understanding of design, management, and technical aspects of complex healthcare projects. Serving as the Design Manager for the New Parkland Hospital Project, Mr. Adams provides overall leadership to the integrated project team of healthcare design and construction experts.
