Brian Bertrand has worked for several firms in Ontario, having his own practice firm for 6 years before joining Evans Bertrand Hill Wheeler Architecture Inc. Evans Bertrand Hill Wheeler are prime consultants and Brian Bertrand is the lead principle for the North Bay Regional Health Centre project located in North Bay, Ontario, Canada. The first P3 project in Ontario, with a current value of 350 million and 75,493 square feet of built area set in a pristine Greenfield natural site. The North Bay Regional Health Centre is the largest construction project in North Eastern Ontario.
