Scholarship Application for the 2008 Healthcare Facilities Symposium & Expo 

A limited amount of scholarships are available for the 2008 Healthcare Facilities Symposium & Expo.  Scholarships are for a complimentary Full Access Pass which includes 2 1/2 days of Conference Sessions, 2 days of Exposition, Keynotes, Exhibit Floor Theater Sessions, Conference Documentation, Access to Online Presentations, 3 days of Continental Breakfast and 2 days of Lunch, the Symposium Party and Receptions on Exhibit Floor (Does not include pre-conference workshop or facility tour registration).  Scholarship does not include any travel, hotel or additional meals.

Applicants must be a full or part time student at a college or university studying an applicable field related to HFSE (i.e. architecture, interior design, facility management, construction management, engineering, hospital administration).  Consideration will be given to individuals working for a volunteer capacity at a non-profit organization in one of the above fields as well.  All applicants must complete the below form in order to be considered.

The deadline to submit an application is Friday, August 8th, 2008.  All submissions will be reviewed the week of August 11th and notified of the committee’s decision on Friday, August 15th, 2008.
