Brian McFarlane
Senior Vice President, HKS, Inc.

Brian McFarlane currently serves as a project director within HKS’s healthcare group. He is involved in client development/understanding, management, and overall project direction. He generates projects from the selection to the contract. Brian provides the overall strategy, guidance, accountability, and management for specific projects and maintains continued client communication. He actively participates in the master planning, schematic design, design development, and interface with construction documents for healthcare facilities. He is also involved in urban planning projects, building feasibility studies, zoning analysis, and renovations. Brian’s efforts are based on a knowledge of client requirements, client values, costs related to project development, and the performance of the team.
