Nick Devenney AIA, ACHA
President, Devenney Group

Nick Devenney founded Devenney Group Architects in 1962. The firm quickly became focused in healthcare, and has developed into a dominant healthcare facility design firm in the Southwest.

As president of the firm, Nick provides relationship building and business development services. Additionally, Nick reviews the concepts and designs of all major projects. He is continuously involved in a peer review capacity for DGL in-house staff, DGL’s consultants, contractors, and project owners.

Nick maintains a very proactive support of the healthcare profession, and is a member of such associations as American College of Healthcare Architects, American Hospital Association, American Institute of Architects, American Society for Healthcare Engineering, Arizona Association for Housing and Homes for the Aged, Arizona Hospital and Healthcare Association, Healthcare Administrators Forum, Healthcare Facilities Institute, and Healthcare Forum.

Prior to founding Devenney Group Architects, Nick Devenney studied architecture at Arizona State University and Frank Lloyd Wright Taliesin. Nick holds his architectural registration in Arizona and California, and was also recently board certified by the American College of Healthcare Architects.
