Tom Sicinski
Senior Vice President of Operations, Berglund Construction

Thomas L. Sicinski, a Senior Vice President of Operations and a 17-year professional at Berglund Construction and of the Midwest Construction Region manages the Construction Services and resources for the Illinois Building Division that includes service region expansion into Suburban Chicago and North Central Illinois. Prior to his promotion, Mr. Sicinski served as Senior Vice President, with responsibilities for Management Staffing and Project Accountability. He is certified by the American Society of Healthcare Engineering as a Healthcare Contractor and serves as Berglund’s lead Project Executive for Healthcare Services.
