Tracy Mathieu
Director of Project Development, M.A. Mortenson Company

Ms. Mathieu is the Director of Project Development for M. A. Mortenson Company’s Chicago Office. Tracy is a 12-year veteran with Mortenson, a national construction management / general contracting firm dedicated to solving customer's complex healthcare building programs.  As Director, Tracy's focus in on educating healthcare customers on Mortenson's keen understanding of healthcare construction via technology and  focused disruption avoidance / infection control planning.  Mortenson is continually ranked as one of the top five general contractors in the nation, by Modern Healthcare Magazine.

Tracy is active in numerous associations, including her role as immediate Past-President of the Chicago Chapter of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS).  SMPS has over 180 members in the Chicagoland market and is dedicated to advancing education and promoting the value of marketing in the architectural, engineering and construction industry.
